Please email us your photo and state clearly how you would like your photo to be retouched/enhanced/repaired/restored.

Kindly send photo in JPEG format. Make sure that your photo is not blurry, fuzzy or low resolution, otherwise the end result may not be desirable.

For better result, your photo should be at least 700 Kbytes. If you are scanning from a printed photo, please scan it at 300 dpi or higher.

You may send more than 1 photo. This will help us understand your/your kid's features better. We can also advise on which one is more suitable for retouch.

Please do not send any copyrighted photos which you do not own copyright to. We will not be responsible for any copyright infringement as a result of it. All legal issues will be the sole responsibility of the party requesting our service.

Please note that no refund is allowable as the work involved is labour-intensive. However, we strive to work to your satisfaction for every order we received.

We retain copyright to the enhanced photos and they may be displayed as part of our portfolio on our websites to illustrate our work. Kindly inform our if you do not want your photos to be displayed.
